Licensing Agreement
1. General Terms
Typefaces on this site must be licensed for commercial use. Standard License Products include single-user license and can only be used by one computer and one person. The products can not be used by more than one company per purchase. And they can not be separated for use on more than one computer. All the products are copyrighted by StudioTypo.
2. License Duration
All licenses are one-time purchase. Licenses have no time limit and never expires.
3. Permitted Modifications
The products as a whole or any part of any product cannot be copied. The fonts cannot be edited or changed. The only exception is that, for a logo or emblem, modifications can be made on the letters but the font files cannot be edited.
4. Distribution Restrictions
This product cannot be distributed and sold in anyway or format except by www.studiotypo.com.
5. Agreement Updates
StudioTypo reserves the right to change this agreement from time to time at its discretion. Continued use of the Fonts after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
